The New Mexico Gas Company Multi-Family Energy Efficiency Program helps eligible multi-family property owners save energy and lower costs through no-cost energy assessments, rebates and upgrades. Our concierge team makes it easy to identify opportunities and guides you through every step of the process.

Step 1: Your Energy Assessment

Our experts will perform a no-cost energy assessment to identify savings opportunities and provide a report that includes: - Diagnostic testing, like blower door and duct blaster tests - Inspection of air barriers and attic insulation levels - Projected incentives for high-efficiency equipment

Step 2: No-Cost Upgrades

After the audit and approval of the scope of work, we’ll install eligible upgrades at no cost, which may include: - Duct and attic air sealing - Bathroom and kitchen sink aerators - Smart thermostats - Exterior door weatherstripping - Water heater pipe wrap and blanket insulation - Water heater temperature setpoint check

Step 3: Rebates

When installation is complete, our concierge team will help you apply for the following post-purchase rebates: - Attic insulation: $0.50 per sq. ft. - Condensing furnace: $750 - Condensing storage water heater: $350
